Subscriptions and Billing

DockCheck requires a subscription after the free trial period. All subscriptions and billing are managed through the App Store or Google Play. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Refunds are handled according to App Store or Google Play policies.

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using DockCheck, including photos, notes, and inspection records. By using the service, you grant us the right to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

DockCheck is provided as a documentation tool. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play.
